Immersive Exhibition Design

We were thrilled to be asked to design and create an interactive and immersive exhibition space for the Pokémon Tournament at the ExCeL Centre. Our goal? To transport visitors straight into the colourful world of Pokémon while making sure everything was functional and on-brand. We worked on everything from custom-built check-in desks to kit collection booths, creating bespoke flats and structures that brought the experience to life. Throughout the exhibition hall, we added themed photo ops, so attendees and participants could snap some fun, memorable pictures with their favourite Pokémon characters.

We knew this event was a big deal being an international tournament at such a high-profile venue so we made sure our design and build were on point to match the scale and energy of the event. With a tight deadline and a lot of logistics to juggle at the ExCeL Centre, we made sure to stay on track and hit every mark without sacrificing quality or impact. The end result was a dynamic, engaging space that perfectly captured the excitement of the Pokémon world, and left everyone with a memorable experience.
