Ocean Science
Ocean science comes to life in the most exciting way during Bring Your Kids to Work Day with a fun-filled ocean-themed show followed by interactive experiments. The event kicks off with an engaging Ocean Science Show, where our lively presenters bring the wonders of the deep sea to the surface. With dramatic visuals, bubbling tanks, and real-life ocean artifacts like shark teeth and coral samples, kids are taken on a virtual dive into the underwater world. They’ll discover how whales sing, what causes tsunamis, and why some ocean creatures’ glow in the dark complete with sound effects and a few surprising splashes!
After the show, young oceanographers are invited to roll up their sleeves for hands-on science experiments inspired by the sea. They can create their own mini oil spill cleanups using feathers, cotton balls, and dish soap to explore environmental science. At another station, they’ll test the salinity of different “ocean” samples and learn why saltwater helps things float. There’s even a mini wave tank where kids can experiment with currents and tides using toy boats and sand.

Kids can kick things off by getting transformed at the face painting station, where butterflies, superheroes, tigers, and more come to life with a splash of colour and a little imagination. Throughout the day, the sounds of live music will fill the air, creating an upbeat, joyful atmosphere where families can dance, sing along, or simply relax and soak it all in. Hands-on workshops invite young minds to explore, build, and play. Budding architects can take on the tent-building challenge, working in teams to design and assemble their own mini festival tents using fun, safe materials. Over at the earth crafts corner, kids use natural items like leaves, stones, and recycled goods to create beautiful, eco-friendly art they can take home.
This festive, open-air-style event is all about laughter, learning, and letting families connect in a playful, meaningful way because at this “workplace,” fun and family come first!
Slumber Party at the Office
Get ready to cozy up for this year’s Bring Your Kids to Work Day, transformed into a magical Slumber Party at the Office pyjamas encouraged! With soft lighting, comfy blankets, and dreamy decorations, the workplace becomes a whimsical nighttime wonderland where fun and imagination come out to play. Little ones can settle in for a cozy story time session, where gentle tales of nighttime forest adventures are read aloud in a snuggly nook filled with cushions and fairy lights. At the Teddy Bear Craft Station, kids can create their own cuddly companions using felt, buttons, and stuffing perfect to cuddle with as they explore the world of nighttime animals. A fun and educational corner introduces children to the sleeping habits of forest creatures from owls who hoot in the night to bears who hibernate through winter.
