When we won EVCOM GOLD in Nov 2019 for Best Celebration Event we were beyond thrilled, excited to see what doors this prestigious award would open. As an event production company that specializes in immersive, live events, produced in-house from our warehouse in Wimbledon, we looked to the future. Going Virtual
Instead, 2020 brought Covid-19. We are not going to lie, the pandemic did throw us into a bit of a panic at first. Still, we pulled ourselves up and went fully virtual, offering interactive and immersive entertainment events, broadcast from new purpose built studios, set up in various rooms, formerly an office, a rehearsal studio and storage space. It was a rollercoaster of learning and incredibly rewarding to still provide work for our scenic team and our brilliant actors.
Our uplifting, virtual Drag Cabarets and theatrical Murder Mysteries being the most popular events, almost overtaken by Santa’s Virtual Grotto and Christmas pantomimes in December.
Getting Back To Live
2021 was a hybrid year for us. While still offering many virtual events including virtual awards and all sorts of virtual entertainment events, live events bounced back up as the desire to connect in person, to commune, to talk, grew. Demand skyrocketed. The logistics were insane, but our event managers were everywhere, creating magical moments, opportunities for work teams to reconnect.

The Future Of Events
2022 promises to remain turbulent in a world shaken with conflict, but the event industry has heart and resilience and a great spirit of community. We leave you with pictures of past Boo LATES, our HQ warehouse events, which we hope to resume this year. We hope to see many of you there.
