Club Tropicana Warehouse Event
At the tail end of a long and balmy summer season, filled with crowd-wowing events, it was time for the team and some of our fantastic clients to have a party of our own!
Our summer season sizzled with immersive events, such as a Colombian themed Garden Party for a crowd of exceptionally enthusiastic children who loved Disney’s Encanto, as well as phenomenal corporate Drag Events. Our outrageous flamingo bingo with weird and wacky calls went down a storm hosted by the brilliant brains of expert drag duo, Brent Would and Copper Topp.
It was now the moment to don the neon, Hawaiian shirts, and power suits, making our way to the delightful 80s-infused shores of Club Tropicana, where drinks and nibbles are free and abundant.
The night started with a shock of pink plumage on one of our trademarks, bespoke photo walls. On top of the sea of feathers blazed an arresting neon sign and the stage was set for our very own Gold Coast Holiday Camp Bingo to begin. Our Aussie hosts ‘Melinda’ and ‘Brad’ were hot on the numbers, both spherical and sung as they led us through a blazing few rounds, dicing with lady luck. In-between, we were treated to some beautiful songs from the 80’s rousing the crowd to much singing along and dancing.
In the interval, we had a chance to reflect on how we had grown and expanded both in scale and scope as we treated guests and clients alike to the grand tour of our bigger better creative space. This also gave us a chance to share our future plans and revel in the successes gone by.
When we hit the performance space again, guests were treated to some of our bespoke cocktails both alcoholic and otherwise and we enjoyed the 80s-themed quiz with ‘Brad’ and summer camp intern ‘Mindy’. Lots of laughs and a whole heap of friendly competition took place and the ultimate winner was decided by an awesome dance-off!
